Traveling to Napa Valley, and staying in the most quaint B&B, called Maison Fleurie. Very "French" influenced country cottage with the best stay I have ever had. The food was as wonderful as the stay. Very friendly place to be. The country side of vinyards just gave me more insperation for my work. "Its a place to visit in your life time".

Marti was born to her passion for nature and painting. It has always seemed natural for her to express the diversity that nature has to offer through her paintings. She has an innate ability to express nature's ever-changing moods through her use of color and simplicity of style. Her vitality for life and the emotions she feels are all expressed through her paintings, most of which are from places she has visited and sketched on site. She has attended both Olympic College and Evergreen State College with an emphasis on business, advertising and commercial art.
