Colorado is the most inspiring place to be for artists, as its beauty for vast range of landscapes to be inspired with the brush.
I visit often as I have family there, getting photos to bring back to paint.
The colors in this painting were inspired from a Navajo bracelet I purchased in a gallery that was handmade by Artist Calvin Begay in Sedona, Arizona. It is inset with turquoise and coral, perfect for this landscape painting.
